Refund, Return, Exchange & Shipping Policy

 

Returns will be entertained in the following conditions.

  3. Wrong charm or spelling mistake on personalized products
  4. The item was damaged when received by the customer

 

Once we receive and review the returned product, we will ship a new item out. In case we are out of stock, we will refund the amount. All effort will be made to inform the customer from time to time about the refund, return, or exchange of the product.

The item should not be in used condition and must be returned in original packaging including any other item included in the product such as name tag, charm, coupons, invoice, etc. Failing which the return may be refused.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

 

Late or missing refunds

 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, login into your bank account and check again. Sometimes the sms is not received but the amount is credited in your account. If you have paid by credit card then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

We have partnered with a reputed logistic company and items will be shipped using this partner.

Items are shipped within 2-3 working days post order confirmation and take about 2 -10 days to reach depending on the destination.

For all orders, there is a nominal fee of Rs 49 charged for delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Products once ordered cannot be CANCELLED as the products are customized and cannot be reused or resold by us to another customer.
